Mike Fleming

Director

Mike Fleming has led the development and deployment of comprehensive growth strategies as both a marketing practitioner and consultant. Prior to working at Zyman Group, Mike served in marketing leadership positions at technology firms IBM and NCR and as a consultant in the Marketing & Strategy practice of Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

Mike’s scientific and execution-focused approach to marketing and strategy drives tangible results for his clients. Most recently, he has helped multiple clients navigate the complexities of “Green” markets to align themselves for growth and leadership positions within markets such as Solar, Green Roofs, and Water Conservation. Over the course of his career at Zyman Group, Mike has helped his clients identify over $5 B in new growth potential which has already resulted in over $300 million in net new revenue. His experience spans several sectors of B2B markets, with specific expertise in the Renewable Energy, Technology, Chemicals, Metals and Transportation industries.

At Zyman Group Mike is responsible for managing multiple client engagements as well as providing marketing and strategy thought leadership to existing clients and the business community in general. His areas of expertise include using “Green” as a platform for growth, growth opportunity evaluation, market research, brand positioning, and the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.

Mike holds a Marketing degree from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
