With 29 years of management experience at The Coca-Cola Company and Procter & Gamble, Aaron specializes in creating, leading and training high-performance organizations capable of linking and syncing business objectives between manufacturers, retailers, consumers and brands. Known for an intense customer focus and strong team building skills, he has a track record of keeping organizations on the cutting edge of industry issues with action oriented, problem solving approaches.
Aaron’s experience includes Vice President of U.S. Field Sales across all customer channels for The Coca-Cola Company, Minute Maid Business Unit. While in this position, he managed multiple U.S. Customer Development Teams responsible for driving sales at the largest retailers in North America, including customer relationship development at the most senior levels of management.
During his 22 years with The Coca-Cola Company, he was intimately involved with five corporate consolidations and eight major organizational redesigns. Experienced at managing both direct and broker sales models, Aaron led multiple selling and distribution reorganizations, including the implementation of the first national contract with a food broker organization. He also built a reputation for creatively capturing the collective passion of an organization to deliver accelerated results beyond the annual business plan.
A long-time leader within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Aaron served on the California Grocers Association Board of Directors, as regional coordinator for the National Frozen & Refrigerated Food Association, a member of Grocery Manufacturers of America Sales Committee and the Western Association of Food Chains.
Aaron earned his MBA at the Barry Kaye Graduate School of Business at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida. In addition, he completed the Food Industry Executive Program at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and the Food Executive Program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Aaron holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa and earned the status of Certified Professional Facilitator™, from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) in April 2008. |
